iPhone uses IOS, an operating system made by Apple. It can be linked with iCloud, a cloud service where the users sync their photos, videos and other content, including contacts. iPhone users don’t have to worry about storing their contents anywhere else as it’s automatically synced with the cloud, but when it comes to editing the contacts, even iPhone users have to go through each one of them one by one and edit.

This isn’t an issue if you’re regularly updating your contact list or if you always enter all information correctly the first time you save the contact.

But in case you ever have to edit or store numerous contacts at once, contact editing can be a very burdensome process for many iPhone users.

Since Contact Editor works for Google contacts, the only thing that an iPhone user has to do is install Contact Editor and link the contacts on their phone to their Google account.

* For manuals on how to install Contact editor, please refer to blog postings on how to install Contact Editor from Chrome Web Store or G Suite Marketplace.

After installing Contact Editor, your contacts will automatically load, but if you haven’t linked your contacts to your Google account you will get a blank screen as below.

The manual on how to link your contacts to your Google account can be found in the post below! Clicking on the banner will lead you to the related blog post.

Sync the address book on your phone to your Google account

As soon as your contacts are synced, they will load in Contact Editor and you will see all your contacts at a glance…. Which means you will probably be surprised by the way your contacts are stored. You might see contacts with mixed names and surnames, some contacts with dial codes, some without, contacts with randomly stored information, duplicate contacts….

But do not worry!

With Contact Editor, you can organize your entire contact list in just a few clicks!

Contact Editor supports bulk work, so you can easily apply various edits to multiple contacts at the same time.

For detailed instructions and editing tips, check out the blog posts below!

Arrange your contact list

Get rid of duplicates

Display contact’s business details

Assign a country/dial code to your contacts

After any change, click on the “Save” button in order for changes to be applied to your iPhone.

We hope that now you can organize your iPhone contact list using Contact Editor, but in case you have any questions you can always leave a comment here on contact us through the website contacteditor.io
